Anti-cellulite exercises Almost all women on this planet are struggling with such a problem as cellulite. Unfortunately, they have not yet invented a magic pill that would instantly get rid of cellulite. Therefore, proper nutrition and regular exercise will help to overcome the problem. The following anti-cellulite exercises will help you.
Anti-cellulite exercise number 1: plie squats
This exercise helps tighten the muscles of the buttocks and quadriceps. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Take a dumbbell weighing 2-2.5 kg in each hand. With your right foot, begin to lunge backwards, while bending your knees 90 degrees. Stay a little bit below, then return to the starting position. Do 12-15 repetitions.
Anti-cellulite exercise number 2: Romanian deadlift
This exercise helps to tighten the gluteal muscles and biceps. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Take one dumbbell in each hand. Bend your knees slightly and bend forward slowly, leaving the buttocks behind you (imagine that you sit on a high chair), while your knees need to remain bent somewhat. Strain the gluteal muscles and return to the starting position. Repete it 8 to 10 times.

Effective anti-cellulite exercises

Anti-cellulite exercise number 3: squats
Squats help eliminate cellulite. They also strengthen the gluteal muscles and make them more prominent. To increase the load and the effectiveness of the exercise, do squats with dumbbells. Stand straight, feet shoulder-width apart, back straight. Begin to bend your knees, taking a position as if you are sitting on a chair. The knees should not go beyond the level of the toes: their angle should be equal to 90 degrees. Return to the starting position and do 8-15 repetitions.
Anti-cellulite exercise number 4: Berpie
We have written earlier about what berpie is and how to carry it out. These are beneficial dynamic exercises that help to get rid of cellulite and pump all muscle groups. Do 15 repetitions of this exercise, then rest for 30 seconds and proceed to the first exercise. Ideally, you should do 3 sets of each exercise.
We have listed the most effective anti-cellulite exercises. Perform them regularly, and you will see noticeable improvements after a while: the skin texture will smooth out, the muscles will tighten, and cellulite will become less noticeable!
