Colonic irrigation prevents candidiasis of the intestine

30 May 2018 wellness-studio.co.uk

Colonic irrigation prevents candidiasis of the intestine Candidiasis of the colon is an infectious lesion in the digestive tract, caused by the fungi content in the victim's own body (Candida spp.) and their weak immune system. Forms of intestinal candidiasis vary depending on the dilution of the stool, increase in flatulence, intensity of vague abdominal pain, ulcerative colitis and fungal sepsis. A diagnosis is made on the basis of the results after an endoscopic examination, histological and culture analysis of your biopsy specimens and faeces. The treatment includes three main procedures: the appointment of antimycotics, normalization of intestinal microflora and the correction of the patient's immune system status. Colonic irrigation also plays an important role.
Candidiasis of the intestine is a fungal infection of the mucosa in the digestive tract and it poses a threat to almost all people these days, as most experts have difficulties identifying the infection. This is due to the widespread prevalence of fungi of the genus Candida in people, including in those who are perfectly healthy. Carriage of fungi of the genus Candida in the intestine is inherent by 80% of the whole human population. Invasive candidiasis is an infection that targets those with an imbalanced immune system. Colonic irrigation can restore the microflora of the intestine and the whole immune system.

Colonic irrigation in the presence of candidiasis in the intestine

Candida infects colon tissue and faeces, and its severity is determined by analysing the concentration of leukocytes, lymphocytes, erythrocytes in the blood. Consultation from an endoscopist is necessary for selecting the optimal method for studying the intestine. During endoscopy, nonspecific signs of mucosal lesions are usually found, so the endoscopic biopsy and the morphological examination of the biopsy samples are crucial for the diagnosis. However, pseudomycelia of the fungi cannot be detected in all types of material samples, so false or negative results are often met during diagnosis.
In our clinic, colonic irrigation is done by professionals. Modern equipment provides a comfortable experience and safe procedure for the prevention of fungal diseases.
