A professional path shaped by rehabilitation and wellbeing

Tony’s interest in rehabilitation and preventative wellbeing began long before his work in colon hydrotherapy. In 1994, while still a university student, he began part-time work in the neurological inpatient department of his local hospital. He assisted with the care and rehabilitation of patients affected by severe post-stroke paralysis.

That early experience developed a strong respect for careful observation, clinical discipline and compassionate support for people who may feel vulnerable or uncertain about a procedure.

After moving to London in 1999, Tony began teaching traditional yogic cleansing practices on a bespoke basis, including shank-prakshalana. He also advised clients on general wellbeing, cleansing routines and lifestyle habits.

Training and the development of Parkland Natural Health

In 2005, Tony began working with the original Wellness Studio practice in Epping, Essex, from the time it was established. In 2006, he was awarded a Diploma in Herbal Medicine in Oxford, which broadened his knowledge of traditional botanical approaches to health and wellbeing.

He completed specialist training in modern colon hydrotherapy at the ECNM under the guidance of Dr Allan Gray and qualified as a Colon Hydrotherapist in 2007. Later that year, the clinic relocated to Holborn in Central London.

Since then, Tony has continued to work at the practice as it developed into Parkland Natural Health, with a strong focus on discreet, consultation-led colon hydrotherapy. The clinic uses a closed-system, gravity-fed set-up, and every appointment includes consultation and suitability screening before treatment begins.

An experienced, consultation-led approach

Tony’s approach draws on almost two decades of practical colon hydrotherapy experience, ongoing professional development, and long-term client feedback. He places particular emphasis on clear explanations, dignity and helping first-time clients understand the procedure before deciding to proceed.

He also takes a practical interest in bowel habits, lifestyle and client education. The aim is to provide a professional appointment while helping clients feel informed and confident about the choices they make around their wellbeing.

Parkland Natural Health is a long-standing member of RICTAT, reflecting the clinic’s commitment to recognised professional standards in colon hydrotherapy.
