Digital Gift Voucher Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for digital gift vouchers purchased directly from Parkland Natural Health through wellness-studio.co.uk.

Digital delivery

Our gift vouchers are digital products. After successful payment, we generate a unique voucher code and display it with your order confirmation. We also send the voucher code electronically to the purchaser.

No physical voucher is posted. Therefore, no delivery charge, return postage or physical return label applies.

Cancelling an unused gift voucher

You may cancel an unused digital gift voucher within 14 days of purchase and request a full refund.

To qualify for cancellation under this policy, the voucher code must not have been redeemed against a booking.

This 14-day cancellation policy is provided in addition to any statutory rights that may apply to your purchase.

How to request a refund

To request cancellation of an unused voucher, please contact Parkland Natural Health within 14 days of purchase. Please provide your name, order number and, where available, the voucher code.

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

What happens after a voucher has been redeemed?

Once a voucher code has been redeemed against a booking, the voucher purchase itself is treated as used and cannot normally be cancelled for a cash refund, except where required by law.

From that point, the appointment is governed by our Booking Terms and Conditions, including the applicable cancellation and rescheduling rules.

Important: buying a gift voucher and booking an appointment are two separate stages. This Refund Policy applies to the purchase of the voucher. Once the voucher has been used to create a dated appointment, the Booking Terms and Conditions apply to that appointment.

Bookings paid with a gift voucher

If a booking paid wholly or partly with a gift voucher is cancelled in circumstances where a refund or credit is due under our Booking Terms and Conditions, the voucher amount applied to that booking may be restored as voucher credit or issued as a replacement voucher code.

The voucher amount will not normally be refunded as cash to the voucher recipient.

Voucher value and partial redemption

A gift voucher may be redeemed once against an eligible colonic irrigation booking.

  • If the booking costs more than the voucher value, the customer pays the remaining balance at checkout.
  • If the booking costs less than the voucher value, the booking price is reduced accordingly and any unused balance expires when the voucher is redeemed.
  • An unused balance cannot be transferred, refunded or carried forward to another booking.

Voucher validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a different validity period is clearly stated at the time of purchase.

The expiry date does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Treatment suitability

All colonic irrigation appointments remain subject to consultation and suitability screening.

If Parkland Natural Health determines that the booked treatment is unsuitable and a refund or credit is due, any amount paid directly by card or another payment method will be dealt with under our Booking Terms and Conditions. Any voucher value applied to the booking may instead be restored as voucher credit or issued as a replacement voucher code.

No physical returns or exchanges

Digital gift vouchers do not need to be physically returned.

  • No return postage is required.
  • No return label is required.
  • No restocking fee applies.
  • Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for another product or service outside their normal redemption terms.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under UK law.
