Anatoli

Senior Colon Hydrotherapist and Founder of Parkland Natural Health

My professional path has been shaped by a long-standing interest in rehabilitation, preventative wellbeing and the restoration of vitality.

In 1994, while still a university student, I began part-time work in the neurological inpatient department of my local hospital. There, I assisted with the intensive care and rehabilitation of patients affected by severe post-stroke paralysis. This early experience gave me a deep respect for clinical discipline, careful observation and compassionate support for people at vulnerable stages of their lives.

After relocating to London in 1999, I began teaching traditional yogic cleansing practices on a bespoke basis, including shank-prakshalana, while also advising clients on safe and appropriate approaches to general wellbeing, cleansing routines and lifestyle improvement.

In 2005, I founded Wellness Studio in Epping, Essex. The following year, I was awarded a Diploma in Herbal Medicine in Oxford, which further developed my understanding of traditional botanical approaches to health and wellbeing.

In 2007, I undertook specialist training in modern colon hydrotherapy at the ECNM under the guidance of Dr Allan Grey, earning formal certification as a Colon Hydrotherapist. Later that year, the clinic relocated to Holborn, Central London, where we began providing professional colonic irrigation and colon hydrotherapy to a growing client base.

Since then, Parkland Natural Health has continued to develop as a discreet, consultation-led clinic with a strong focus on comfort, dignity, professional care and client education. We provide closed-system colonic irrigation only, and every appointment includes a consultation and suitability screening before the session begins.

With almost two decades of colonic irrigation experience in Holborn, our approach is informed by long-term practice, continuous professional development and careful attention to client feedback. We are also proud to be a long-standing member of RICTAT, reflecting our commitment to recognised standards in colon hydrotherapy.

Our aim is not only to provide professional treatments, but also to help clients feel informed, supported and confident in making positive lifestyle choices. Many clients return over the years, and it is deeply rewarding to see the trust they place in our clinic and in the care we provide.
