Description
The Spring Cleanse is a series of six colonic irrigations to thoroughly cleanse your bowels. It also includes an initial consultation.
Our therapists in London dedicated themselves to helping patients discover better ways to improve their colon health. Besides, it is essential to know what is inside your body. However, many people do not consider colonic health a vital factor in their lifestyle choices and needs. There are more and more cases of ailments in the digestive tract, prostate and colon. It is because of the unnatural and unhealthy ingredients and chemicals that most foods contain nowadays. See a healthcare professional to diagnose whether your colon functions at the highest level possible. You may increase your chances of becoming independent of the substances.
The Spring Cleanse series of six colonic therapies in our London centre will empty your colon.
Some of the more common ailments associated with an unhealthy colon include IBS, constipation, flatulence, hernias, haemorrhoids and even some types of cancer. Probiotics are typically outnumbered by 20% to 80% because bacterial and fungal infections in the digestive tract are not treated or undiagnosed. A colonic irrigation treatment plan can help ensure your colon and digestive tract are healthier than ever before. Most noteworthy, ridding your body of many infections that cause diseases helps achieve the best results.
Spring Cleanse colonic irrigation in our London centre will empty your bowels. Moreover, the consultation process will help you become more informed about how your body works and ways to keep you happier and healthier. The process consists of an initial consultation and initial irrigation. Spring Cleanse Colonic also includes a program to cleanse your body of peristalsis stimulants such as nicotine, caffeine, refined carbohydrates and more—those cause the body to react naturally to a strange affliction. The reaction causes the colon to weaken and the muscles to lose firmness and elasticity. We aim to strengthen those muscles, retain flexibility, and provide a regimen.
If you are considering colonic irrigation for the first time, it is natural to have questions about what happens during the treatment, how to prepare and what you may feel afterwards.
At Parkland Natural Health in Holborn, London, we want you to understand the procedure before deciding whether it is right for you. Every appointment includes a consultation and health screening, and your therapist will explain the treatment and answer any questions you may have.
Below you will find answers to some of the questions we are most frequently asked about colonic irrigation, also known as colon hydrotherapy.
What is colonic irrigation?
Colonic irrigation, also known as colon hydrotherapy, is a procedure in which filtered, temperature-controlled water is gently introduced into the large intestine through the rectum.
Water enters and leaves the colon through specialist equipment, allowing bowel contents and gas to pass out through the system.
The treatment is carried out by a trained colon hydrotherapist who remains with you throughout the procedure.
Is colonic irrigation the same as colon hydrotherapy?
Yes. The terms colonic irrigation and colon hydrotherapy generally describe the same procedure.
You may also see terms such as colonic, colon cleanse or colonic lavage used to describe it.
At Parkland Natural Health, we generally use the terms colonic irrigation and colon hydrotherapy.
What type of colonic irrigation system do you use?
At Parkland Natural Health we use a closed-system, gravity-fed colon hydrotherapy system.
Filtered water is introduced gently into the colon through the equipment, while water and bowel contents leave through a separate enclosed tube.
Because it is a closed system, waste remains contained within the equipment throughout the treatment.
Your therapist remains with you and can adjust the treatment according to your comfort and response.
What happens during a colonic irrigation appointment?
Before treatment begins, your therapist will discuss your health history and check whether there are any reasons why colon hydrotherapy may not be suitable for you.
The procedure will then be explained and you will have an opportunity to ask questions.
Once you are comfortable and covered for privacy, a small disposable rectal tube is gently inserted.
Filtered water warmed to approximately body temperature is gradually introduced into the colon. The therapist controls the treatment and may use gentle abdominal massage where appropriate.
Water, gas and bowel contents then leave through the closed system.
Communication continues throughout the appointment, and the treatment can be adjusted or stopped if necessary.
Is colonic irrigation painful?
Colonic irrigation should not normally be painful.
The sensations are unfamiliar to many first-time clients, and you may occasionally experience temporary fullness, pressure or mild abdominal cramping as the bowel responds to the water.
Your therapist monitors how you are feeling throughout the treatment and can adjust the water flow or pause the procedure if you become uncomfortable.
Please tell your therapist immediately if you experience pain.
Is having a colonic embarrassing?
Many first-time clients worry about this more than anything else.
The treatment is carried out privately and discreetly, and maintaining your dignity is an important part of the procedure.
Once the small tube has been inserted, you remain covered. Because we use a closed system, bowel contents pass directly through enclosed tubing rather than into an open container.
Your therapist is accustomed to performing the procedure professionally and will explain what is happening throughout the appointment.
Do I need to prepare before colonic irrigation?
Extensive preparation is not normally necessary.
We recommend avoiding a heavy meal immediately before your appointment. Eating lightly for approximately two hours beforehand can make abdominal massage and the treatment itself more comfortable.
It is also sensible to remain normally hydrated.
There is no requirement to fast or take laxatives before your appointment unless specifically advised by an appropriate healthcare professional for another reason.
If you have questions about preparation, please contact us before your appointment.
Should I empty my bowels before a colonic?
You do not need to have a bowel movement before your appointment.
If you naturally need to use the toilet beforehand, that is perfectly fine, but it is not a requirement for receiving treatment.
How long does colonic irrigation take?
The colon hydrotherapy part of an appointment commonly takes around 30–45 minutes, although this varies from person to person.
Additional time is needed for consultation, preparation and aftercare.
Your therapist will not try to achieve a particular amount of cleansing within a fixed time. The treatment is adapted according to how your body responds.
What kind of water is used?
At Parkland Natural Health we use filtered water warmed to approximately body temperature.
The water temperature and flow are controlled during treatment and can be adjusted according to your comfort.
No bowel-cleansing medication is required as part of an ordinary colon hydrotherapy treatment.
Does the therapist stay in the room?
Yes.
Parkland Natural Health uses therapist-administered closed-system colon hydrotherapy. Your therapist remains with you during the treatment.
This enables the therapist to monitor your comfort, control the water flow and temperature, communicate with you and use gentle abdominal massage where appropriate.
What can I expect after colonic irrigation?
Experiences vary.
Many clients are able to continue their usual activities immediately after their appointment.
You may notice changes in bowel activity during the hours following treatment. Some people have another bowel movement relatively soon afterwards, while others may not have one until later or the following day.
Temporary sensations such as mild abdominal activity, tiredness or feeling slightly chilled can occasionally occur.
If you experience persistent or concerning symptoms after treatment, seek appropriate medical advice.
Can I eat after having a colonic?
Yes.
You can normally eat after colon hydrotherapy.
Many people prefer a moderate, easily digested meal and adequate fluids afterwards rather than a particularly heavy meal or excessive alcohol.
There is no requirement to follow a special detox diet after your treatment.
Can I go back to work after a colonic?
Usually, yes.
Most clients are able to continue their normal daily activities after the appointment, including returning to work.
If this is your first treatment and you are unsure how you will feel afterwards, you may simply prefer to leave yourself a little extra time.
Will colonic irrigation give me diarrhoea or make me constipated?
Bowel patterns can vary temporarily after treatment.
Some people may have another bowel movement during the following few hours, while others may experience a temporary delay before their next bowel movement.
Persistent diarrhoea, significant pain, bleeding or other unusual symptoms should not simply be assumed to be a normal effect of colon hydrotherapy and should be medically assessed.
Will one colonic completely empty my colon?
No — and completely emptying the colon is not the aim of the treatment.
The digestive system is continuously functioning and receiving material from the small intestine.
The response to colon hydrotherapy varies considerably between individuals. Trying to judge the success of a treatment simply by the quantity of material released is therefore not particularly useful.
How many colonic irrigation sessions do I need?
There is no single number that is right for everyone.
Some clients book one session. Others choose a short course or have treatment periodically.
Your therapist can discuss your objectives and previous experience with you, but you are under no obligation to book a course of treatments.
Treatment frequency should always take into account your health, response to previous sessions and individual circumstances.
Does colonic irrigation remove beneficial gut bacteria?
This is a common concern.
The large intestine naturally contains a very complex microbiome. Colon hydrotherapy introduces water into the colon and removes water and bowel contents, but it would be misleading to claim that the treatment either permanently removes the intestinal microbiome or automatically increases beneficial bacteria.
The gut microbiome continually changes in response to many factors, particularly diet, medications, health and lifestyle.
If you have specific concerns about your gut microbiome or digestive health, discuss them with an appropriate healthcare professional.
Does colonic irrigation remove nutrients from the body?
Most absorption of nutrients from food takes place earlier in the digestive tract, particularly in the small intestine.
The colon is principally involved in water and electrolyte absorption and contains a substantial bacterial population.
Colon hydrotherapy should nevertheless be used appropriately rather than regarded as something that needs to be performed excessively.
Can colonic irrigation help with constipation or bloating?
People sometimes seek colon hydrotherapy because they experience constipation, abdominal bloating or a feeling of incomplete evacuation.
Individual experiences following treatment vary and improvement cannot be guaranteed.
Persistent constipation, unexplained changes in bowel habits, significant abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, unexplained weight loss or other concerning symptoms require appropriate medical assessment rather than simply being treated with colon hydrotherapy.
Your therapist will also ask about your bowel health during your consultation.
Can colonic irrigation treat IBS or other medical conditions?
Colon hydrotherapy should not be presented as a treatment or cure for medical diseases.
Some clients with digestive concerns choose colon hydrotherapy as a complementary wellbeing treatment, but symptoms associated with conditions such as IBS can also occur with other gastrointestinal disorders.
If you have an existing medical diagnosis or persistent gastrointestinal symptoms, appropriate medical assessment should form part of your healthcare.
Certain bowel conditions are also contraindications to colon hydrotherapy.
Who should not have colonic irrigation?
Colon hydrotherapy is not suitable for everyone.
There are a number of medical contraindications, including certain active inflammatory bowel conditions, bowel obstruction, some cardiovascular or kidney conditions, recent abdominal or bowel surgery, active rectal conditions and other circumstances.
This is why we carry out a health-screening questionnaire and consultation before treatment.
Please tell your therapist about:
- diagnosed gastrointestinal conditions;
- previous abdominal or bowel surgery;
- heart or kidney conditions;
- medications, particularly anticoagulants;
- pregnancy;
- unexplained rectal bleeding;
- recent changes in bowel habits;
- significant abdominal pain;
- any other relevant medical condition.
If there is any uncertainty about whether colon hydrotherapy is appropriate, treatment may be postponed and you may be advised to obtain medical guidance first.
Is colonic irrigation safe?
Colon hydrotherapy has recognised contraindications and should therefore only be carried out after appropriate health screening.
At Parkland Natural Health, attention is given to hygiene, privacy, appropriate equipment and communication throughout the procedure.
We use a closed colon hydrotherapy system, filtered temperature-controlled water and appropriate single-use components.
Your therapist also monitors your response throughout the treatment.
No complementary therapy is completely without potential risk, which is why it is important to provide accurate information about your medical history before treatment.
Is there any aftercare advice?
After your appointment, you can normally return to your usual routine.
We generally suggest:
- drinking fluids normally;
- eating according to your appetite;
- choosing a reasonably light meal if your abdomen feels sensitive;
- avoiding excessive alcohol immediately afterwards;
- paying attention to how your digestive system responds.
Your therapist can provide individual aftercare advice at the end of your appointment.
How much does colonic irrigation cost?
The price depends on the treatment you select.
Parkland Natural Health offers individual colon hydrotherapy sessions as well as several treatment variations and packages.
Because prices and available treatments can change, please check our current online booking options for the latest price before booking.
What if this is my first colonic?
First appointments often come with many questions, and that is completely normal.
We will explain the procedure before treatment begins, review your health questionnaire and give you an opportunity to ask anything you would like clarified.
There is no need to know what to do during the procedure. Your therapist will guide you throughout the appointment.

Why have a colonic?
People come to Parkland Natural Health for colon hydrotherapy for many different reasons.
For some, the immediate concern is constipation, abdominal fullness, bloating or the feeling that the bowel is not emptying effectively. For others, the objective is longer term: they want to encourage a bowel that has become sluggish or unresponsive to work more regularly and independently.
At Parkland Natural Health, we do not regard colon hydrotherapy simply as a way of “washing out” the bowel.
In clients with persistent constipation in particular, our therapeutic approach is often better understood as working with and stimulating the natural mechanisms responsible for bowel movement.
Using filtered water, carefully controlled changes in water flow and pressure, abdominal manipulation and continual feedback from the client, the treatment is intended to encourage the colon’s own muscular and reflex activity.
Supporting bowel evacuation
The most immediate effect of colon hydrotherapy is the introduction of warm filtered water into the colon followed by the evacuation of water, gas and bowel contents through a closed drainage system.
For clients who feel constipated or incompletely emptied, this may provide a sense of:
- more effective bowel evacuation;
- reduced abdominal fullness;
- relief from trapped wind;
- reduced bloating;
- greater abdominal comfort;
- feeling lighter following treatment.
The amount released differs considerably between clients and between individual sessions.
Our objective is not necessarily to empty as much bowel content as possible during one appointment. In clients with chronic bowel dysfunction, the way in which the bowel responds to treatment can be more important than the volume evacuated.
Encouraging natural peristalsis
The colon moves its contents through coordinated muscular contractions known as peristalsis.
This activity depends on interaction between intestinal muscle, the enteric nervous system and sensory signals generated within the bowel.
During colon hydrotherapy, gradual filling creates gentle changes in volume and pressure inside the colon. The therapist can vary the water flow within the low-pressure operating range of the gravity-fed system and combine this with abdominal massage.
These changing stimuli may encourage the bowel to contract and release its contents.
For this reason, particularly when working with chronic constipation, we see colon hydrotherapy as more than simply irrigation.
A form of bowel stimulation
Over almost two decades of providing colon hydrotherapy, we have repeatedly observed clients whose bowel initially responded very little but became progressively more active during a course of appropriately managed treatments.
In some cases, clients who reported bowel movements only once every several days — or sometimes approximately once a week — subsequently reported considerably more regular spontaneous bowel movements.
These are clinical observations from our practice rather than results from a controlled clinical trial, and individual outcomes vary.
Nevertheless, they influence the way we approach chronic constipation.
Instead of trying simply to remove the maximum possible amount of bowel contents during every session, the therapist may concentrate on eliciting and observing the bowel’s natural response to:
- controlled filling and release;
- gentle variations in water pressure;
- abdominal massage;
- stimulation of different areas of the colon;
- repeated cycles of distension and evacuation.
The longer-term objective is to encourage the bowel to do more of the work itself.
“Training” rather than simply flushing the bowel
This distinction is particularly important for clients with long-standing sluggish bowel function.
A colon that has been moving infrequently may not respond immediately or strongly during a first treatment.
We therefore do not judge the success of a session solely by how much material is evacuated.
A useful response may instead be:
- stronger bowel contractions during treatment;
- an increasing urge to evacuate;
- spontaneous bowel activity after the appointment;
- greater frequency of bowel movements between treatments;
- improved awareness of the body’s natural bowel signals.
When this happens over a course of treatments, it is reasonable from a practical therapeutic perspective to describe the process as bowel stimulation or bowel retraining, rather than simply bowel cleansing.
However, colon hydrotherapy should not be represented as a proven medical treatment capable of repairing damaged nerves, and clients with neurological bowel dysfunction or significant post-surgical problems should be medically assessed where appropriate.
Constipation and sluggish bowel function
Chronic constipation is one of the most common reasons people enquire about colon hydrotherapy.
There can be many causes, including diet and hydration, medication, reduced physical activity, behavioural factors, pelvic-floor problems, gastrointestinal disease and neurological conditions.
Colon hydrotherapy does not remove the need to determine the cause of persistent constipation.
Nevertheless, the treatment can provide controlled mechanical and sensory stimulation to the bowel while assisting evacuation.
The abdominal massage incorporated into our treatments is also relevant. Research into abdominal colonic massage has found improvements in bowel-movement frequency and quality of life in people with chronic constipation, although this evidence should not be confused with evidence for the entire colon hydrotherapy procedure itself1.
Bowel function after illness, surgery or neurological disturbance
Some clients seek help because their bowel habits have changed following illness, abdominal procedures or neurological problems.
These cases require particular care because the cause and severity of bowel dysfunction can vary considerably.
In our clinical experience, some suitable clients have shown progressively stronger bowel responses during carefully managed colon hydrotherapy.
One possible therapeutic rationale is repeated stimulation of sensory and muscular responses within the bowel through controlled filling, emptying and abdominal manipulation.
However, this should be distinguished from a claim that colon hydrotherapy repairs neurological damage. There is currently insufficient clinical evidence to make that assertion.
Where there has been significant surgery, neurological disease or another serious medical condition, suitability should be assessed carefully and medical clearance may be required.
Abdominal massage as part of the treatment
Abdominal manipulation is an important component of the way we practise colon hydrotherapy.
During treatment, the therapist may massage different areas of the abdomen to encourage movement through the colon and stimulate its natural muscular activity.
Massage is combined with what the therapist can observe about the client’s response to water flow, pressure and evacuation.
The treatment is therefore dynamic rather than simply allowing water to flow continuously for a fixed period.
The therapist may:
- slow or temporarily stop the incoming water;
- allow additional time for release;
- modify the filling cycle;
- massage a particular area of the abdomen;
- wait for a bowel contraction;
- repeat the cycle according to the client’s response.
This allows the treatment to be adapted to each individual bowel.
Bloating, trapped wind and abdominal fullness
Bloating and abdominal fullness are also common reasons for treatment.
During colon hydrotherapy, both gas and bowel contents may be released through the closed system.
Some clients consequently report feeling less bloated or more comfortable afterwards.
Bloating nevertheless has numerous possible causes and persistent or unexplained symptoms should not simply be attributed to the presence of bowel contents.
Sodium bicarbonate colon hydrotherapy
Parkland Natural Health also offers a specialist colon hydrotherapy treatment in which a carefully prepared sodium bicarbonate solution is used.
We originally introduced this option particularly for clients concerned about excessive yeast or Candida.
What does research tell us about bicarbonate and Candida?
There is laboratory evidence that sodium bicarbonate can inhibit Candida species.
Published experimental research has demonstrated antifungal activity against yeast isolates, including Candida. One study found inhibition of yeast growth at tested sodium bicarbonate concentrations2.
More recent laboratory work using clinical Candida albicans isolates found that sodium bicarbonate inhibited fungal growth and substantially reduced both hyphal formation and biofilm production. The researchers described the effect principally as fungistatic, meaning that it suppresses fungal growth and activity rather than necessarily killing every organism3.
This provides a scientifically plausible rationale for exposing Candida to a bicarbonate-rich environment.
An important distinction
These studies were performed under laboratory conditions.
They do not demonstrate that a bicarbonate colonic eradicates intestinal candidiasis in humans, and bicarbonate colon hydrotherapy should therefore not be described as a clinically proven cure for Candida infection.
At Parkland Natural Health, we use the bicarbonate option as a specialised colon hydrotherapy treatment based on the known biological effects of sodium bicarbonate, our practical experience and the individual circumstances of the client.
Clients who have, or suspect they have, a clinical fungal infection should seek appropriate diagnosis and medical treatment where required.
Why bicarbonate changes the environment
Sodium bicarbonate is an alkaline compound naturally involved in the body’s acid-base regulation.
When used in an appropriate solution, it alters the local chemical environment.
Research in other medical contexts has demonstrated that bicarbonate can alter extracellular acidity. For example, the scientific paper by Zhang discusses the ability of sodium bicarbonate to increase pH when applied locally to an acidic tumour environment4.
That paper is relevant to the general biological principle of bicarbonate modifying local acidity, but it is important to be precise: it is cancer research and provides no direct evidence about Candida or colon hydrotherapy.
That distinction matters to us because we prefer to explain what the science actually demonstrates rather than attribute conclusions to studies that they did not test.
Why clients sometimes choose a course rather than a single colonic
A first appointment provides useful information about how an individual’s bowel responds.
Some bowels respond immediately and strongly. Others require a much slower approach.
For a client with long-standing constipation, one session may assist evacuation without necessarily changing the bowel pattern afterwards.
A course allows the therapist to observe whether bowel responses change over time.
Possible signs of progress may include:
- stronger spontaneous contractions during treatment;
- easier evacuation;
- a stronger natural urge to open the bowel;
- spontaneous bowel movements after the session;
- increasingly regular bowel movements between appointments.
This is one reason we offer both single treatments and structured treatment courses.
A course does not guarantee that these changes will occur, and treatment frequency should be determined individually.
Becoming more aware of your bowel
Another benefit that is sometimes overlooked is bowel awareness.
People with chronic constipation can become accustomed to ignoring or barely recognising the body’s signals to evacuate.
During treatment, clients experience bowel filling, movement, contraction and the urge to release in a controlled setting.
The therapist communicates with the client throughout the procedure and may draw attention to these sensations.
For some people, learning to recognise these signals can become part of establishing better bowel habits outside the clinic.
General wellbeing after treatment
Some clients report additional subjective effects after colon hydrotherapy, including:
- feeling lighter;
- a feeling of greater wellbeing;
- improved comfort;
- feeling more energetic;
- improved sleep;
- improved mood.
Historically, clients have also reported changes in skin condition and other aspects of wellbeing.
These experiences are individual and should not be interpreted as evidence that colon hydrotherapy treats disorders such as psoriasis, acne, depression, allergies or other systemic diseases.
We therefore regard these as reported experiences, not guaranteed therapeutic outcomes.
What colon hydrotherapy cannot promise
We believe this distinction is important.
Colon hydrotherapy can assist evacuation and provides a means of stimulating and working with bowel activity.
It does not mean that the treatment has been clinically demonstrated to cure every condition sometimes associated with poor digestive health.
We therefore do not promise that colon hydrotherapy will cure:
- Candida infection;
- neurological disease;
- inflammatory bowel disease;
- skin disorders;
- allergies;
- depression;
- chronic fatigue;
- other systemic illnesses.
Where an underlying medical condition is present, appropriate medical diagnosis and treatment remain important.
This does not diminish the practical benefits clients may experience. It simply distinguishes what we observe in clinical practice from what has been proven in controlled medical research.
Is colon hydrotherapy suitable for everyone?
No.
Before a first treatment, every client completes a health-screening questionnaire and has a consultation with the therapist.
Certain gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, surgical and other medical circumstances may mean that colon hydrotherapy should not be performed or should only be considered following medical advice.
If we identify a contraindication during your pre-treatment consultation, we will not proceed with the treatment.

What actually happens during a colonic?
If you are considering your first treatment, our What to Expect from Colon Hydrotherapy page explains the entire appointment step by step — from consultation and changing through insertion of the lubricated disposable speculum, the closed gravity-fed system, abdominal massage and water cycles to using the toilet afterwards and receiving aftercare advice.

A different way of thinking about colon hydrotherapy
For a person who simply wants bowel evacuation, a colonic can be thought of as a cleansing procedure.
But in many of the chronic constipation cases we see, that description is incomplete.
Our approach is:
not simply to empty the bowel, but to encourage the bowel to respond.
The combination of controlled filling and release, changes in water flow, abdominal manipulation, feedback from the client and repeated stimulation of natural bowel reflexes forms the basis of this approach.
For some clients, the most valuable outcome is therefore not what leaves the bowel during the appointment.
It is what the bowel begins to do by itself afterwards.

My professional path has been shaped by a long-standing interest in rehabilitation, preventative wellbeing and the restoration of vitality.
In 1994, while still a university student, I began part-time work in the neurological inpatient department of my local hospital. There, I assisted with the intensive care and rehabilitation of patients affected by severe post-stroke paralysis. This early experience gave me a deep respect for clinical discipline, careful observation and compassionate support for people at vulnerable stages of their lives.
After relocating to London in 1999, I began teaching traditional yogic cleansing practices on a bespoke basis, including shank-prakshalana, while also advising clients on safe and appropriate approaches to general wellbeing, cleansing routines and lifestyle improvement.
In 2005, I founded Wellness Studio in Epping, Essex. The following year, I was awarded a Diploma in Herbal Medicine in Oxford, which further developed my understanding of traditional botanical approaches to health and wellbeing.
In 2007, I undertook specialist training in modern colon hydrotherapy at the ECNM under the guidance of Dr Allan Grey, earning formal certification as a Colon Hydrotherapist. Later that year, the clinic relocated to Holborn, Central London, where we began providing professional colonic irrigation and colon hydrotherapy to a growing client base.
Since then, Parkland Natural Health has continued to develop as a discreet, consultation-led clinic with a strong focus on comfort, dignity, professional care and client education. We provide closed-system colonic irrigation only, and every appointment includes a consultation and suitability screening before the session begins.
With almost two decades of colonic irrigation experience in Holborn, our approach is informed by long-term practice, continuous professional development and careful attention to client feedback. We are also proud to be a long-standing member of RICTAT, reflecting our commitment to recognised standards in colon hydrotherapy.
Our aim is not only to provide professional treatments, but also to help clients feel informed, supported and confident in making positive lifestyle choices. Many clients return over the years, and it is deeply rewarding to see the trust they place in our clinic and in the care we provide.

Rob Newman –
Friend of mine recommended Wellness Studio Centre for me so I decide to go. Believe it or not this is the first time I walk into a medical centre and I felt comfortable that practitioner was amazing making me feel very welcome.
Dr. Silajev is a true professional. He takes the time needed not to just treat you, but to explain the cause of pain and how to properly treat it through detox and dieting. Unlike others I’ve been to, he truly focuses on long term healing. I trust him fully and continue to refer him to people I know who need this type of care.*
Nicola Thomas –
