Theory of colonic irrigation in Dundee. Colonic irrigation heals the intestines

By washing the intestines, we reduce the load on other organs, such as the liver, kidneys, lungs and skin, strengthen the immune system, and establish the normal functioning of the entire gastrointestinal tract. As a result, digestion, metabolism and skin condition improve, and the body gets rid of many chronic diseases. Many of our clients noticed the benefits of colonic irrigation in Dundee.

A well-known enema is the most affordable way to clean the intestines at home. Use Esmarch’s mug for that. Pour 1.5 – 2 litres of boiled water into that enema mug. Usually, water is at room temperature, but it is better to use warm water for irritable bowel syndrome.

Hang this enema mug no more than 1.5 meters above the floor. Lubricate the tube tip with Vaseline and gently insert it into the rectum to a 5 to 7 cm depth. It is better to kneel and lean on your elbows; your shoulders should be below the hips until the water flows in. Then you can lie on your back, raise your pelvis and retract the stomach as if massaging everything inside.

Procedure

If flexibility allows, get your feet behind your head. Then, turn on your right side and wait while lying down. After waiting for the urge, go to the toilet. The procedure will effectively wash the most significant part of the intestine. It’s okay if you feel the urge to go to the bathroom before injecting all the water.

Carry out this procedure after emptying the large intestine at any convenient time. On the day of the process, avoiding dense foods such as fatty, fried, smoked, spicy and sweet is advisable. You can do an enema once every three months as a preventive measure. If a doctor recommends bowel cleansing, you can do it more often, but not more than once a week.

Colonic irrigation in Dundee or a unique colon cleansing course?

We can offer a seven-day cleansing course for those for whom an enema is a contraindication. However, it is better to consult with a specialist. Professionals must ensure that there are no contraindications to colonic irrigation in our clinic in Dundee.

Recommendation

On an empty stomach, take a laxative herbal tea such as senna or buckthorn (1 tablespoon per cup of boiling water) in the morning. During the first day, drink 4 – 6 glasses of freshly squeezed vegetable juices such as carrot, beet-carrot, carrot-beet-cucumber, mixing all the ingredients in equal proportions. We don’t recommend eating on this day.

In the following two days, gradually add raw vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, pumpkin, turnips, and a small number of seeds and nuts, except for almonds, as they are hard to digest, into the diet.

On the fourth day, you can bake or boil the vegetables but do not salt them or add oil.

Drink fruit juices, and eat oatmeal and buckwheat porridge cooked with water on the fifth and sixth days. Vegetarian soup, honey and dried fruits are also good.
The diet on the seventh day contains unleavened bread, low-fat dairy products, boiled eggs and baked potatoes.

After a week of such food, you can eat almost everything in small portions. As a preventive measure, it is good to apply this cleaning once a year in the spring.
