Isabel Fernandez

I have been practising in London for the last ten years. I worked with people from all walks of life who come with a range of both physical and emotional problems. I graduated in Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Natural Face Lift Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki and Metamorphic Technique.

I have also attended different post-graduate massage courses in Deep Tissue Massage to treat back, neck and shoulder problems and I have been trained to work with Infertility, Cancer and Palliative Care.
My interest in massage is a result of my view of modern life well-being: Today the human body is exposed to many degrading factors and have to confront them. Healthy nutrition and exercise require effort and discipline. I see massage as a pleasant complementary way to help obtain balance and maintain health.
The skills and experience I have developed over the years have given me the resources and insights needed to offer tailored sessions to suit the personal needs of every individual, using one or a combination of the therapies I practice.
It is hugely rewarding for me to give a sense of wellbeing and calmness to people.
