Do not mix protein and carbohydrate foods.
  • Do not drink carbonated water and juices with sugar.
Such a diet for weight loss will positively affect not only the body weight but the condition of the skin, hair and overall well-being too. With a gradual weight loss, the body will get used to the new weight and will not gain the pounds back, if you vary the menu. And colonic irrigation will save the body from harmful substances.
