De-stress body massage for Back, Neck & Shoulders - 30 min

Remedial massage – 1/4 hour

A 15-minute session includes the following:

  • Facial massage – balances face muscles and reduces wrinkles and tension in the eyes, which also improves vision.
  • Head massage – creates a deeply relaxing feeling in the head and neck area; also beneficial for the hair and prevents migraine whilst healing nerves and muscles.
  • Hands or Feet massage – very effective for improving overall body condition as the body’s reflected on the feet and hands. When massaging these parts, we are balancing the whole body.

A 30-minute session includes the following:
