De-stress body massage for Back, Neck & Shoulders - 30 min

Remedial massage – 1/4 hour

15 minute session includes:

  • Facial massage – balances face muscles, reduces wrinkles and tention in eyes, which improves vision.
  • Head massage – creates a deeply relaxing feeling in the head and neck area; beneficial for the hair, prevents migrane whilst healing nerves and muscles.
  • Hands or Feet massage – very effective for improving all-around body condition as the body’s reflected on the feet and hands. When massaging these parts, we are balancing the whole body.

Remedial massage – 1/2 hour

30 minute session includes:

Back massage – stretches spine, balances nervous system, restores back, shoulders and neck muscles.

Arms or Legs massage – lifts the feeling of tiredness, stiffness, pain from muscles and joints.

Remedial massage – 1 hour

1 hour session includes:

Full-body massage – relaxes nervous system and aids the body’s immune system. It is very beneficial for treating on-going tiredness, excess fluids and also for physically inactive.

Remedial massage is a deep massage done by a qualified therapist. It helps body to return to normal health after injury or with muscular- skeletal disorders like strains, sprains, bruising, back pain. Remedial massage removes blockages, damaged cells, scar tissues left after injury and speeds up recovery. Remedial massage designed to increase the flow of blood and lymph exactly in the injured areas. It is often successful where other forms of treatment have failed. Certainly within 3 sessions a big improvement can be seen. Most patients feel a difference after 1 session. Some common conditions that can be successfully treated are: Achilles Tendon, Tendinitis, Cartilage damage, Tennis Elbow, Frozen Shoulder, Hamstring Injuries, Scar Tissue, Whiplash, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Repetitive Strain Injury. All- round improvements is seen: better sleep, increase in vitality and mobility.
