Liver and gall bladder flush

Most people believe that gallstones can be found only in the gall bladder but this is not true.  Most gallstones are actually formed in the liver and only a few in the gall bladder.  This can be verified easily by anyone who does a liver cleanse, regardless of whether they are a layperson, medical doctor, a scientist or someone who no longer has a gall bladder and is believed to be free of gallstones altogether.  An estimated 92% of the world’s population will develop gallstones in their gall bladder at some stage in their lives but this figure does not take account of the many more people who will develop gallstones in the liver.  Gallstones in the liver may be the main obstacle to maintaining health, youthfulness and vitality, and is one of the main reasons why people fall ill and have difficulty in recuperating.

Fotolia_49921913_XS.jpgThe liver is the major controlling agent of normal growth and healthy functioning of all body cells.  Any malfunction, deficiency or abnormal growth pattern of the cell is to a large extent due to impaired liver function and the origin of most diseases can be traced to the liver, yet this important organ is rarely considered a ‘culprit’!  Since the majority of gallstones in the liver and gall bladder consist of the same ‘harmless’ constituents as are contained in liquid bile (with cholesterol being the main ingredient), they are invisible to X-ray technologies.  Stones in the liver do not show up as solid, whereas some of the gallstones (20%) occurring in the gall bladder can be made up entirely of hardened minerals (mainly calcium salts and bile pigment) which can be detected.

The Liver Cleanse:  Cleansing the liver and gall bladder is one of the most important and powerful tools to improve health.  To remove gallstones, you will need the following:
Veridian malic acid capsules (2 x 500mg am and 2 x 500mg pm)
Epsom salts (available in Boots)
Cold-pressed olive oil (preferably organic)
Fresh lemons (preferably organic)
Decide which day of the week you are going to do the cleanse (weekends are a good time to do it as you will have time to rest afterwards) and start taking malic acid capsules FIVE days before.  Malic acid softens the stones and makes their passage through the bile ducts easier.  Whilst doing the liver cleanse avoid taking any medicines, vitamins or pills that are not absolutely necessary.
On the sixth day, eat a light breakfast such as cooked cereal or fruit (no milk, butter, yogurt, cheese, eggs etc).  For lunch eat plain cooked vegetables with brown rice and a little salt (no protein foods and no butter or oil).  Don’t eat or drink anything (except water!!) after 1pm!  The timing given below is essential for the success of the cleanse.
4pm: Mix two tablespoons of Epsom salts in 6oz of filtered water (it may be easier to take it with a large plastic straw as this bypasses the taste buds on the tongue!) and rinse the mouth with water.  (Use a shaker jar to dissolve the Epsom salts and water)  Epsom salts are magnesium sulphate, an intestinal purge, and also a muscle relaxant for the bile ducts and the gall bladder, to prevent cramps and retention of gallstones.
5pm: Take one tablespoon of Epsom salts in 4oz of filtered water, rinse the mouth out with water.  Drink more water as required.
7.30pm: This step is used to increase bile flow, which helps dislodge stones deep in the liver ducts. This step also helps to eliminate hunger. Eat: 8oz ORGANIC DOUBLE CREAM (use goats cream if dairy sensitive) on fresh organic berries or mixed fresh organic fruit (frozen berries are optional if necessary)  OR: eat 16-32oz vanilla HIGH-FAT ICE CREAM. (quality organic ice cream)
10pm: Bedtime – have the following items ready and have a timer handy.
Take 4oz of olive oil (room temperature), followed by 4oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.  (olive oil taken as above causes the liver ducts and the gall bladder to forcefully contract and expel their collection of gall gravel and stones.
The acid lemon juice speeds the transit of the olive oil through the stomach and into the duodenum, which helps to prevent nausea).  Next, rinse your mouth and clean your teeth and go to bed immediately.  Lie on your right side with your right knee bent up towards the body and remain in this position for approximately 30 minutes.  After 30 minutes, relax, stretch out and go to sleep.
The following morning, immediately do the following.  Take two teaspoons of Epsom salts in 3oz of filtered water, followed by 8-12oz of water.  Later drink more water as desired.  Wait 2-3 hours before eating a light breakfast.
