The herbal mixture of calendula to clean the intestines:

  • 1 large tablespoon of dry calendula
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • leave for 2 hours.

Drink only a quarter cup of fresh infusion between meals daily.
Also, an infusion of alder cones is suitable for stimulating the intestines correctly and is prepared in the proportion of four teaspoons of the plant per cup of boiling water. The prepared medicine is drunk during the day in three doses.
The Tibetan mixture is the most famous herbal mixture for cleaning the intestines. To make this tea, you need:

  • chamomile flowers;
  • Birch buds;
  • St. John’s wort;
  • immortelle.

All dry plants are mixed in one proportion. One tablespoon of the mixture in a glass of boiling water. Half a cup is drunk half an hour before breakfast and the same after dinner. The course of treatment with these herbs is about a month, but it can be repeated only in five years. This herbal tea has a powerful effect, and at the same time stimulates the cleansing of the kidneys, cleansing of the liver and blood, reduces irritation of all the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract. It is important to know that drinking alcohol is wholly excluded during such treatment; otherwise, the state of health will deteriorate substantially.
