At Parkland, we use warm filtered water with a closed-system, gravity-fed method. Your therapist introduces the water gradually, controlling filling and release based on your comfort and response.
Water, bowel contents and gas are released through enclosed tubing. Gentle abdominal massage may also be used during the appointment where appropriate.
A typical appointment takes around 60 minutes, including consultation.
