  • diseases of the digestive system: liver, stomach, pancreas;
  • long-term use of antibiotics;
  • stress.


Meanwhile, gastroenterologists consider proper nutrition the primary condition for maintaining intestinal microflora balance.

An essential component of the diet, which helps maintain the population of probiotics in a healthy state, are fermented milk products containing reduced fat: kefir, yoghurt, fermented milk, yoghurt. To sum up, intestinal microflora is an essential component of health. Colonic irrigation also helps restore the microflora balance.
